Construction & Application Guide for Aerogel Thermal Insulation Coating

After thorough mixing, the coating restores a smooth, viscous liquid form, ready for easy application. It can be applied using a spray gun, roller, or trowel, providing excellent adhesion and surface coverage.

Recommended Thickness:
For building insulation design, apply 1–2 mm thickness (approximately 1–2 L per m²). The insulation performance may vary slightly with coating thickness.

Precautions:

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, firm, and free from dust, oil, or loose particles before application.

2. Apply when the temperature is above 5°C and air humidity is below 85%. Wall moisture content should be below 10%. Avoid construction during high humidity or rainy conditions.
