Product Overview

Aerogel coating is primarily composed of SiO₂, aerogel powder, emulsion, and other additives. It features low thermal conductivity, high porosity, excellent thermal insulation, and fire resistance.

The core component, SiO₂ aerogel powder, is the key material of the coating. It is made of nano-scale silica particles through a sol-gel process combined with supercritical drying technology. The resulting structure has a porosity of over 90%, with the interior filled with air.
